 The vision will stand or fall on the upholding and the maintenance of six basic VALUES that those who own the vision will hold dear. These values will drive the corporate culture.Our VALUES are….
- JESUS IN THE MIDST OF HIS PEOPLE. In other words, we learn together how to make Jesus the focus of our relationships. Col.1:18.
(The Kingdom of God in us, among us and at the door.)
- EVERYONE MAKING DISCIPLES OF JESUS AND BEING DISCIPLED
The great commission is to “Go and make disciples of all nations.” Mt.28:19. We want to make discipleship a way of life in this ‘web’ and because we are called to be disciples of Jesus ourselves, we must be ready to receive input. (Everyone who ministers, must be ministered to.)
- TRANSPARENT HONESTY. As relationships are a key issue, we will consciously work to keep those relationships sweet. Love and sincerity on their own will not achieve this, so there will be the need to covenant together to keep five principles of living, which are spelt out on the teaching page Eph.4:15a.
- EVERYONE HAS A UNIQUE MINISTRY AND DESTINY. Whilst many may have a similar ministry, no one has quite the same. God does not produce stereotypes. Rom.12:6.
- SACRIFICIAL LOVE. (The Glory road is the Calvary road.)
John 13:34-35. To truly love one another will mean a high level of self-sacrifice.
- UNITY IN DIVERSITY. Whilst we expect this web of relationships to be very diverse in its operation and form, we are committed to working together to see God’s kingdom and glory revealed in our sphere of influence. True unity goes beyond cooperation; it is a revelation worked out; a profound knowledge that we need one another. Ps.133
